The use of common pipe shop tools in manually  cutting and reaming  pipe: operation of pipe vises, hand pipe cutters, and hand pipe reamers to fabricate  cut  lengths of pipe free of irregularities at  the pipe cut; use of proper personal  protective  equipment; demonstration of skills in a practical exercise.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of  pipefitting  layout  practices.
