Training for plant personnel in the fundamentals of lockout and tagout procedures. Topics covered include: purpose of lockout; when a lockout is required; basic steps; lockout of mechanical, electrical and chemical hazards; and lockout devices. 

Package includes a 2.5 hour Student Workbook which includes a review exercise, answer sheets, a written test, a job performance check list and an Administrator's guide.

Prerequisites -   working knowledge of facilities, processes, site procedures and safe work practices in your job area.
