Float - Thermostatic Steam Traps

Operating cycle, and field and shop repair of float-thermostatic steam traps: how to distinguish a float-thermostatic steam trap from five other types of traps; parts of the trap; and explanation of the sequence of steps in the operating cycle. The steps for repair of the trap in the field and in the shop are included.

Prerequisites: Courses 88, 91 and 102 or equivalent knowledge of testing, installation, and troubleshooting procedures for steam traps.
